We're excited to announce that we'll be partnering with legendary chef and james beard award finalist Jesse Griffith from the Dai Due restaurant in Austin, TX for a paired dinner here at the Lewis Wines tasting room. Both Lewis Wines and Dai Due share a passion for using locally sourced ingredients that we feel lend a sense of place to our products. As a reflection of that passion, all 4 courses will be composed of ingredients sourced from the Texas Hill Country. Lamb raised on the property roasted over vine prunings, fish from the nearby pedernales river, foraged vegetables and other tasty delights will be paired with a selection of wines both new and old.
